[pygame] quick cleanup for the unix source

hello everyone. important notice here. there was a lastminute bug
in the config scripts for unix platforms. there was a line commented
out for detecting one of the dependencies. even though it is a 'dummy'
dependency, it was creating an empty entry in the "Setup" file that
turns out to be needed.

because it prevents pygame from compiling on unix (unless you were
using an older copy of your Setup file), i've gone and quickly made
the change in the pygame-1.0.tar.gz source release. if you already
have this source and you are getting an error about the Setup file,
you have three options.

redownload the pygame-1.0 source.

uncomment out line 44 (the SMPEG line) in your config_unix.py
script. then rerun the "config.py" script.

or, if you have "Setup" file from pygame-0.9, just use that
for the Setup script in 1.0

sorry this is a royal pain the in rear. so much for the hopes
of a smooth 1.0 release. :[
anyways, the problem isn't hard to fix, and after tonight it should
all be just a bad memory. (and i'll be kicking myself off to sleep
tonight)

thanks to futility who's been on damage control tonight, and to
the 18 users who downloaded the unix source and found the surprise.
