[pygame] RPM dependencies package

due to request, i've put together a package of all the RPM dependencies
for pygame. Note that there is nothing really special about this file,
just a tarred collection of RPM files. These are all the projects that
are directly needed by pygame. it does not include secondary dependencies
like libjpg, libpng, etc. there are also no files for Numeric, since i
could not find RPMs for that project. the package also includes the 
python-2.0 rpms, and i'm not sure that's the greatest idea.

anyways, it is easy for me to maintain this archive of RPMs if people
still want it. i'm also open to suggestions as to what it should and
should not contain. the file is there now, so hopefully it makes things
easier. i probably won't do too much with it unless it sounds like anyone
is really enjoying it. for now i'll likely just update it whenever there
is a new pygame release.

if someone out there is actually using RPMs and can do a smarter
job of keeping this going, it should make a pretty casual way for
you to help out :] (thanks)
