a 'referreed paper' is what people like me who were too lazy to
spellcheck their pygame posting get when they are trying to
talk about 'refereed papers'. Its just a more formal paper than
a talk. You submit it to Armin Rigo and his team of experts in
just about anything, and if the paper is good, then that is that.

Less formal is a regular accepted talk. You don't have to submit the
talk to be accepted, (though we really like materials ahead of time),
just an abstract about what you are going to talk about.

Even less formal is to show up, book some Open Space, and 'do it' --
whatever it is.

Plane and lodging, yes. So far you have been on your own for food,
though there is a conference dinner one night. Should we reach the
stage where 'inability to make food costs' is a show stopper, we will
certainly be able to work something out.

I suggest that you submit something even if you didn't find any of my
hints pointed in your particular direction. I just wanted to do
something to combat the known problem that people who live outside
of Europe assume that Europython is not for them.
