[pygame] Google summer of code student proposals announced.



Hi,

there's been a few pygame related proposals accepted by google.
Unfortunately there's also been a number of good proposals which
weren't accepted.  This year python software foundation(psf) got
allocated less slots than previously, and they also had way more
proposals.

I'm sorry to those people not accepted, but I hope you at least gained
some proposal writing experience.

Some people have also been accepted to the SDL, OLPC, and BBC
organisations also doing some pygame related things.
