Mea culpa .. the setup files from CVS *do* work with 1.5.2. You
just need to remember to make a Setup file from Setup.in before
you run them :-(  It was my mistake -- you don't have to remove
the python >= 2.0 check or anything else.

On the other hand, I'm still getting an undefined PyObject_Del
reference when rect.so gets loaded.  I suspect this has something
to do with the library paths not being setup correctly, but
haven't quite sorted it out.
