The Resources page on pygame.org has a few links.

Recognising that there's people writing games using libraries other than 
pygame there probably could be a better place than the pygame.org website for 
that list. Originally it was on the PyWeek website, but was copied and 
subsequently moved to pygame.org.

I tried to encourage one group of people to set up a library-agnostic "Python 
Game Programming" website some time back, but I guess they didn't do it :)
