[pygame] debian package testing

One of our users, Francis Irving, has put together a great
set of initial debian packages for pygame. all his tools and
output are here; http://pygame.seul.org/ftp/debtest/

i've heard reports that this debian package does install
pretty well. only problem is that it does need the python2-dev
package installed, even though it isn't in the list of 
dependencies.

python2 and python2-dev are now available in the debian unstable
archive, so this should all be possible for those that know what
they are doing :]

note that these are still a bit untested, and i'm pretty sure
Francis will come through with a new version pretty soon with
all the dependencies cleaned up.
