[pygame] python2.1 alpha, ok

i've tested with python2.1 alpha on windows and it seems 
to run pygame ok. the one feature of the coming python2.1
i may want to enable is the new warnings.

the warnings are a cool method of 'nonfatal exceptions'
that can be controlled with filters too. i'll have to
see how they play out, and perhaps add them in after 2.1
is officially out. if i do add the warnings, i'll make
sure the code can still compile without them for regular
python 2.0. anyways, a good list of whats coming in
python 2.1 is here: http://www.amk.ca/python/2.1/

just letting you guys know that if you want to get a head
start on 2.1, pygame shouldn't be a problem for you.
