What's this "only for use in Japan" thing?
I can answer this one. One all coin-up arcade machine that used to be sold in Japan long time ago (and for some nowadays involving music with all the associated trouble of territorial distribution rights) the box and/or game displayed a little text: "For use in Japan only" :) I think he is just poking fun of old-skool games in the vein of "all your base are belong to us".
