Vorbisfile.dll also missed on my python 2.4.I have used pygame-1.8.0pre serval weeks without any question,but I don't know why the rc version has such bugs.

Its an SDL problem. Replacing the rc3 SDL dlls with John Popplewell's
prebuilts - SDL, SDL_image, SDL_mixer, SDL_tff, libpng13, zlib1, libjpeg
and libtiff - fixes the problem for me.
I'm having problems with libpng support as well. Any chance of a link to these dll's?
