I don't really use sprites, so here's a guess. It doesn't like dx. Check
Pygame.org to see how many and what type of arguments sprites need. Also, I'd just feed in direct values, like:
self.init_sprite(screen, x, y, image, dx, dy)
instead of:
self.init_sprite(screen = screen, x = x, y = y, image = image, dx = dx, dy = dy)
