[pygame] Ann: Pygame 1.8 SVN snapshot as Win32 installers

I have made Revision 1086 of Pygame 1.8 available as a Win32 installer 
for Pythons 2.4 and 2.5 here:

This snapshot was built for testing purposes. It does not represent an 
official alpha release. From personal experience using Pygame 1.8 I have 
found the portions inherited from 1.7 to be solid. The newly added 
buffer interface works, and opens up new possibilities. So try it out 
and have fun.
