I went to the "new" PyGame home page: http://pygame.org/news.html
I then tried to Sign Up as a new member and I get the following message:

Ooops! This feature has been disabled.

Please report this error to the webmaster.

and some tabular information related to this error.

How can I sign-up as a new member?
