hrmm, looks like a gfxdraw.aacircle on osx bug.  Anyone else able to confirm the bug on their apple system too?

It could be to do with the particular video card I guess as well.  I'm guessing if you draw to a surface that is not the screen, and then blit that one to the screen you'd avoid the bug.
