In some ways it looks similair to PyPE.

I'm checking out LEO too. It's a outline editor. It doesn't have some fancy 
features ( though they could be added by Python Scripting ), but it allows 
multiple views of the same code ( Documentation, all-together, fix-me ), is 
language neutral, and makes literate programming easy.
