it appears the msvcr90.dll does not work on win9x.
Is anyone able to test the python alpha release on their win9x machine?
http://python.org/download/releases/2.6/
The new python2.6 alpha links to msvcr90.dll rather than msvcr71.dll
so we are trying to see if python2.6 alpha works on win9x. To
hopefully try and convince the python developers to switch back to
msvcr71.dll - if this is the case.
So are you able to install the python2.6 alpha, and try and run it?
