[pygame] Display tutorial

Just finished reading the display tutorial, Pete - great work! You
covered all the bases very well, and the writing was excellent.

One note - you mentioned that in fullscreen modes, you can usually
choose an arbitrary bit depth. In windows, this is true - Directx will
ask the video driver to change depths, and the driver will do its best
to comply (I had an old Diamond card that freaked out in this
situation). In X, however, you can't change bit depths on the fly,
only screen resolutions.

Again, good work, and thanks for all your hard work on pygame.

Incidently, Alexander Pipelka, the ParaGUI guy, recently posted to the
SDL list asking for help with a python binding to his project. Is
anyone working with him?
