[pygame] announce PyUI 0.6

A new version of PyUI is available. It can be found at
http://pyui.sourceforce.net.

As of the 0.6 release, it is possible to build renderers for PyUI that do
not use
pygame or PyOpenGL. Renderer implementations for other platforms or specific
hardware
can be integrated to use the exact same UI code as pygame or openGL
applications.
There are stubs for a DirectX8/Direct3D specific renderer in this version of
PyUI.
