Some details about Extremadura:
- Socialist government, now, Right party (PP) rules most Spain except 
Andalusia (my region) and Extremadura.

Personally, I've seen Oracle installation and massive equipment of schools 
with Microsoft, here in Seville(Andalusia). If our regional government 
follows Extremadura that will be great, since Andalusia is the most populated 
region of Spain (8,000,000 million) and the power of Junta de Andalucia is 
overwhelming, besides, Andalusia is one of the four "ruling" regions of Spain.
