Pardon me if this has already been corrected in a followup I didn't see, but
I just noticed this now ...

If you show up at 2:30 PM on the 2nd, you'll have missed most, if not all of 
the meeting.

East coast US is EST which is UTC-5.  The meetings are spaced 12 hrs apart.

Feb 22 0430 UTC is Fri, Feb 21 2330 EST (1130 PM) but
Feb 22 1630 UTC is Sat, Feb 22 1130 EST.

I can't guarantee I'll be at either, but if I can manage, I'll drop in for a 
short while to one or the other of them.
