hello,

i am seeking permission to create an offline browser version of the entire 
website http://aleph0.clarku.edu/~djoyce/java/elements/toc.html as a cd rom 
image.

it would be distributed under a copyright to prevent resale (must always be 
free) by the gutenberg project at http://www.promo.net/pg/ and SchoolForge at
http://www.opensourceschools.org.

The intention is to make the material available to classrooms without 
bandwidth or without network connectivity at all.

i have copied both orgs (schoolforge mailing list and greg newby for 
gutenberg), and am active in both orgs.
