Sorry, but I cannot imagine an easy way to run unizor.com locally without an Internet because all lectures are stored on YouTube.com. So, to run it locally, you have download the videos from YouTube and change the links. Too difficult for 300+ lectures, each of a size from 0.5Gbyte to 1Gbyte.

My 2 cts
Run your own server with a proxy. It does not even
have to be connected to the Internet.
Download the stuff you need at a cheap place on USB
and copy it on your own server which is connected to
your own workstations.
