Is there a gov't endorsement of Microsoft in schools? Most schools will
think of Microsoft before Linux, so this is kind of inevitable, no? They
are required to make an effort to "align" themselves with the req's of
the "act", so if they're not aware of alternative choices/curricula
then it's inevitable. More active campaigning, everywhere, seems to be
the only soln to me...
