[school-discuss] Wiki initiative for educators

Greetings,

Recently I began testing various Wiki packages with students and 
teachers. During our evaluation I found a website called Wikispaces that 
offers Wiki hosting for educators at no cost and without any 
advertising.  We ended up using their service in lieu of installing / 
hosting our own. I thought I would give them a plug - their software is 
very well designed and their support for educators is earnest.

Please forward this URL to other educators who might be interested in 
their own Wiki space. They must use this specific URL for educator 
sign-up ($0 without advertising) - if they signup using the main page I 
am not sure if advertising will be a problem some day.
