Hi All,

Open Admin for Schools 2.40, a free web based school administration 
program built with free tools and released under the GPL is now available.

This version adds a new Fees System. This will allow charging student fees 
by various groups and may be predefined if desired. It will also print 
invoices, accept payments, generate receipts, and export summary journal 
transactions to external accounting systems.

It also adds a teacher logout function to remove session data.

This release also has a new 70 page User Documentation Manual (Pdf) and a 
40 page Administrator Manual (Pdf). HTML versions are also online.
