Thanks Thomas! I replied to the list to save duplicate suggestions. I
was also sent links to https://codio.com/ and the Virtual Programming
Lab moodle plugin offlist. I'm going to look at all of these options,
but at the moment the moodle plugin looks like a very strong contender.
