There was an ILIAS booth at LinuxWorld Expo Frnkfurt, Germany last
week.

The most interesting was an OpenOffice plugin which allows users to
export OOo documents to ILIAS E-Learning xml format.
Thats a great thing for authors if you have no bandwith or online
connection at all. Just write your course material whith OOo and then
export to ILIAS XML, import it in ILIAS and thats it.
