Applications Packages

Applications packages for SEUL should be in .deb package format.  People
should start familliarizing themselves with making Debian packages and
subscribing themselves to the debian developer mailing list AFTER 2.0 is
released (developers are too busy right now getting 2.0 together ... lets
try to respect the fact that they are volunteers and try not to soak up
too much of their time till things settle down). I will try to get someone
that is familliar with the building Debian packages over hear to act as a
tutor.
