Well firstly, We need to understand what SEUL will and won't do. They
are willing to use the KDE document format for consistency, since it
is clearly good enough, but they won't right KDE help files since that
would be like righting a program for KDE and helping it spread.
Now that we have got that distinction clear you can get down to looking
at the GNOME apps that work and writing docs for them in the KDE format.
