Index that obviously have to do with grading.  There may be some others

I think it's worthwhile for the teachers on this list to look at these
programs' websites and see if there are things there that ought to be
included in this nascent project.  Also, I think the people at any of
these projects that are currently active ought to be included in this
discussion.  Let's try to get something universal out of this!
