Oz has its `Curriculum Framework' to address, too. I think this is best done
*not* on the CD, but on a webloggy thing so people from the appropriate areas
can categorise stuff at will.
I'd expect the CD to specialise once it overflows the first unit of medium,
maybe split out a separate `sciences' CD and maybe later a separate `admin
tools' CD and so on. Splitting by age is not so helpful, since breaks between
levels of schooling come at different ages in different countries, and not at
all in a homeschooling situation.
