You are probably familiar with SourceForge
<http://www.sourceforge.net> as a site for hosting many
Linux-affiliated projects.  I know you're aware that SEUL hosts
projects too.  What you may not know is that the Free Software
Foundation also runs a project hosting service at
http://savannah.gnu.org/.  If you're looking for a stable home for
your project, Savannah is a choice to consider.  Of course, all your
software will have to be GPLed to meet their requirements (I think).
