Not true. Just to find out, I registered. Apparently any "Free
Software" license (by GNU's definition) qualifies.

The list on the registration page for Savannah is:

	- GNU General Public License V2
	- GNU Lesser General Public License
	- GNU Free Documentation License
	- Modified BSD License
	- X11 license
	- Cryptix General License
	- The license of ZLib
	- The license of the iMatix Standard Function Library
	- The W3C Software Notice and License
	- The Berkeley Database License
	- The License of Python 1.6a2 and earlier versions
	- The Clarified Artistic License
	- WebSite Only
	- Other

If you selected "other", please provide an explanation along
with a description of your license. Realize that other licenses may
	not be approved.
