Re: [seul-edu] School count
I'm aware of two schools in the state of North Carolina. One of them is
outside of the Triangle area (where I live) and one of them is in the middle
of being set up now by my local LUG, TriLUG. Community Partners Charter
School is the name of the one we're setting up. We just finished wiring the
building (currently under construction) and over the next two weeks we'll be
setting up the Linux server and the workstations. The workstations are a
mix of Linux and Win2K. We're setting Linux server up as the domain
controller for the Windows machines.
This is happening because the parents are in control of this school, and the
parents did their research and decided on their own they wanted Linux. THEY
sought US out.
