Hi: What's the logic, here?  It costs less to convert than to remain.

Bean counters will point out that the first year's savings was $4.20, 
the second year's savings was $42,000.  The third year's savings was $4 
Million.  Therefore, since the first year's savings was so little, 
therefore, the switch would be what, too costly?  That's weird logic.

The argument is, make the sacrifice, now.  You're making sacrifices in 
every aspect, why would this be different?
