New tag category idea.

It just occured to me if we are going to eventually have a test program,
does it make sense to include a test format.  Infact, I was considering
building a simple version of what was being discussed, however, I wanted to
have it randomly choose different questions for each student.  I would like
it if it were included with my student database so that I could refer to
the student's answers.

Unfortunately, I think this would be complicated.  Lets see:

as a minimum, I would like -- questions, name, score/grade -- (although
score is better -- because I don't make everything add up to 100 I just
leave the score as 45 out of 47  -- then let the computer (spreadsheet
currently) do the calculations), suggested answers (this could be very
important -- because here in Berlin, we have to create our own final exit
exams which then get reviewed by the state.  It would be wonderful if we
had a database to help out so that each teacher didn't have to reinvent the
wheel each year.  Of course I personally would also like a tag for question
improvements -- I sometimes find that it can take me a few tries to word a
question so that I get the answers I am looking for.
