Software list, Project List and Developer's Toolbox

The (ahem) technical difficulties some of you may have noticed with the
software site earlier today have been corrected (thanks to Roger for
showing me the error of my ways).  Corrections to the list I'll get to
ASAP, and new additions I'll get to in the next few days.

Right now, I'm working on getting the Projects page up and running.

Those of you who have their own projects, sit tight.  You should be
getting an email from me in the next few days with a preliminary URL for
you to check on the accuracy of your project information.  Once I've heard
from everyone, I'll announce the page.

Also, I'm probably moving the "Development Tools" to a separate
"developer's toolbox."  Anyone interested in maintaining this page, please
let me or Doug know.  My limited experience with the development tools
makes me a less than ideal candidate.  Any takers?
