[seul-edu] Task group updates

The science software task group is now up and running.  Two new
mailing lists have been created for the science software and quiz
software task groups (one for each).  They are:

scitg@seul.org--science software
quiztg@seul.org--quiz software

To join them send a message to majordomo@seul.org (not to the mailing
list address) with this in the message body:

subscribe <list_name>

where <list_name> is replaced by the actual name of the list you want to
join.  For example, to subscribe to the science software task group
mailing list you would put "subscribe scitg" in the message body.

   No one has been subscribed to these mailing lists automatically (or
to any of the others), so if you are a currently designated member of
any of these task groups you'll still have to subscribe to the
appropriate mailing list.
