VRVS is meant to allow communication trough a server which
administrates users entering and getinng out the conference.

There are some such servers in the world (which are pointed to at
http://vrvs.cern.ch/), and it is possible to set up a server quite
quickly according to their documents. Unfortunately, there is no
packaged distribution uncluding the server side now.
