[seul-edu] New Linux Desktop distro

This isn't directly education-related, but I've just heard of a new
distro which is squarely aimed at replacing Windows on (mainly
corporate) desktops:

This distro seems to originate in India: Elx team has a strong and
special relationship with JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological
University) which is the first test site of elx.

It will be interesting to watch their progress.
