The two things that seems to catch out most people, particularly those 
who have moved from an earlier version of Samba 2.0 are 1) The default 
share option changes, and 2) you need to set Samba to use encrypted 
passwords when talking to NT boxes.

There is a SAMBA newsgroup who may be able to help you. I'm sorry but I 
dont have the full name to hand at the moment.
