LinuXML

I've just come across a new project called LinuXML.  Here's their
two-sentence description of the project: This project is devoted to
changing the UNIX de facto standard for inter-process communication and
storage from line-based ASCII records to XML. Linux is the reference
platform.

I don't know how this might fit in with Bruno's XML work, but it
probably bears watching.
