[seul-edu] New educational app

This announcement is a little different from most.  I got a private email
late last week from a teacher at a Mexican school (I don't have his name or
school here at home--I'll post them when I get back to work tomorrow)
announcing that a group of teachers at his school had created a multimedia
CD-ROM about Mexican history.  He's shipping me a copy to look over.  I've
offered them space on a SEUL server to make this available for download but
haven't had a reply about that yet (unless they contacted Roger directly).

I will look this over as soon as I get it.  I hope they've developed some
sort of general program that can be used with various data files to easily
produce different multimedia titles.  We'll see when the CD arrives.  Of
course, I've invited them all to join SEUL/edu.
