[seul-edu] ISO Phase 3: KaraToJava

Here is a message that I received from Raimond Reichert, one of the
developers of Kara. Are there any questions or concerns that we have
with the below license?

I think we need further clarification on public institutions. This
could mean public schools only and not private schools.

KaraToJava is not GPL, but free or non-commercial use. I have translated
our
copyright statement to English:

Non-commercial use (eg, by public institutions or by individuals)

The teachings aids of EducETH may be used for free for non-commercial
use. The
teachings aids may be modified for use, but the software must not be
modified.
The reference to the authorship (EducETH plus the authors) may not be
removed.

I know this is exceedingly brief, but we do not have a real
legal-speak-like
copyright statement, not even in German. Does the above suffice for your
purposes?

Raimond
