Student Anecdotal Reporting System 1.0

   The Student Anecdotal System is a PHP/MySQL project for schools. It 
creates an interface for teachers to report on the progress of students.
The information is then emailed to the student's advisor / homeroom
teacher as well as kept in an online database so other teachers can view
progress. The interface was designed so that teachers who are not
particularly adept with computers can still use this program easily.
