I say - use a Wiki!

If its good enough for writing a book (http://book.schoolforge.net) and good enough for writing an encyclopaedia (http://www.wikipedia.org), than surely it can handle a magazine.

But if you want something more "article oriented" you might consider http://slashcode.com/, http://www.phpnuke.org/ or similar systems.

Provide some details of your platform (operating system, web server (if you have one), server-side scripting languages in use, etc.) and I'll try to give specific advice.

Hello, my name is Lindsay and I will be a senior at Eastern Chritian High School next year. I am working on finding a way to build an online newspaper for my school next year and for the future. I am unaware if this site and emial address is able to answer that question or give me steps to creating our own paper but I would appriciate any infromation if available.
