It might also be useful to take note of:
 - operating system (i.e. Linux distribution and version tested on)
 - important dependencies, requirements, libraries (For example, the ISO
   may end up with software that only works fine with old qt1, and other
   software that needs qt3.)
 - any needed extra configurations?
 - if used a pre-built package, which package (and version) was used?
 - .. and was it ready to use?
