Can you read Chinese? If you can, try the Taiwan local resources. The one I
know is

linux.twbbs.org

try to telnet this bbs, you may find a or some local helpers over Taipei. There
are a lot of technical helpers with big hearts. And, they should point you to
where you can get some commercial help, if you prefer to having some
vendors like IBM, Compaq, or some others.
