Well, in Rob and Jeffs defense....

1. It's their site, they can of course prefer to put stories they like
(i.e. Hemos kick with Nano-tech, and Jeffs Aibo fetish)
2. I've been friends with both of them for almost 2 years and I still
haven't had a story posted ;)
3. I do know that their submission queue is longer than the autobahn...

I agree that the sig2noize ratio has gotten to usenet proportions...its
unfortunate but I felt bad setting myself to 1.  But there are only so
many Natalie Portman and grits comments one can take...

Technocrat is good, as is the daily Register, and I still go to wired
(to see how long it takes until the rest of the world to catch up) ;)
