I have been searching for someone to install and set up our new Linux
box and am finding no one.  Can anyone lead me to a place where I can
find someone who will work for cash to set up my OS, and squid (and
potentially web and mail server)?  Our school is small with a heavy
technology budget and no one on staff who can do the set up.  Any
referrals will be helpful.

The school is in Paradise CA, very close to Chico, 90 minutes north of
Sacramento.
